I have a problem whit my cs-505.

When i stream a ripped DVD movie from my computer true Twonky i can never choose subtitle or audio format etc.. the player just passes true those menues in a rusch and the movies always strarts whit defualt settings for the movie.

I am not able to change subtitle och audio when the movie has started...

If i burn the movie and plays it in the ziova DVD player it all works fine byt not if a stream

My english is bad... i´m working on it...

Hi,

I never used Twonky, but maybe you should try to access the dvd rip through smb shares. The cs is capable of streaming the ifo files, which lets play the entire dvd as it was meant to be.

good luck,

Why use twonky? CS510 streaming from PC aswell as server c407e is working perfectly without it. Even all audio files like .dts, .ac3, .flac etc are supported in this way.

Twonky does not parse DVD files but just plays the VOB files. Also in DivX
files it does not offer subtitle support. For Ziova you do not need Twonky
to play as it can grab the files deirectly from your PC or NAS server which
causes benefits against Twonky:

01 - More files supported
02 - Streaming of full DVD backups (not just vob)

Twonky is only good for music because of the filtering and such...
