QNAP TS-409 Pro: MPC's Gold awarded Turbo NAS!

Despite some glitches that can be improved and missing options that can be added, we completely have been overwhelmed by the easy and functional layout which appeals above the unit's functions.

I just picked up a TS-409 Pro and the trays no longer have thumbscrews and there are levers on them to enable true hot-swap. I might have missed it, but I haven't seen any update to the original review or the discussion board that indicates that QNAP has made that change.
