Hello again,
I have tried to record via Composite input from a satelite receiver, and the signals via the composite input are also lighter than the original signal directly from the satreceiver on TV... So the internal videoamplifier...?

Vob files recorded on the Kiss can not be copied to the videofolder.
Will there be access to the vob files via FTP or HTTP?

I also heard some rumous that Kiss shoud deliver a PC program to handle this vob files, and to make CD's or DVD's. Is this right?

I would not count on the PC software for the VOB files for a while.

The luminance problem is being looked at by KiSS and Sigma.
These should be corrigeble by software (not verified by MPC)

There will be a possibility to access the VOB files soon.
Either by HTTP or by FTP, most likely both.
(FTP by community and HTTP by KiSS)

Posts abpout this are all over the place at the moment. :-)

Hello Hi-Jack
Yes, many posts where people talk about the tuner, but i found the same problem also via the composit input... So, in general, I will say that all recordings, also from an camera connected to the composit input will be to light.

It's not the tuner. It's the analog to digital amplification stage. That means you'll have it on every analog input.

Guys,

KiSS is looking in to it.
They have gotten example files, they have had comments from a pro
and they are looking at it for a solution. There will be more info soon about this matter...
