ZIOVA support still working?

Hi all,

My cs-505 recently died on me, still within warranty but can anyone answer the questions below?

- is ZIOVA still alive?
- why do they not respond to service requests via their supportdesk/ticket system?
- what about in 6 months with the warranty?

ok, they seem to be alive on the helpdesk system, it only took for about 2 weeks to get a reply.
