I don't think so but for assurance, so far tested is 1.0TB to work fine. There are 1.5 and 2.0 terrabyte versions out now which should work as well... but not verified by us...

USB 2.0 HDD size 2TB max.
Tvix supports any HDD's size up to 2TB!
