Easiest way is after you have the badeip firmware installed if you have a internet connection just open your web browser to the ip of the Tvix using port 81 http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:81 then just click on the install link. If it does not complete the first time you can try again it took mine 3 attempts go get a good download and install the first two times the download either timed out or the unpacking ran into an error. I just restarted the process again and on the third attempt it completed without error.

How to install badeip firmware ? Please give me the links of the good version of badeip firmware and opentvix.

I used this Badeip firmware on mine and to install it all I did was copy the .fwp file to my Tvix directory then using the Tvix remote selected that file and started the firmware install process.

I installed Badeip firmware, The DTV mode and USB mode don't work now !

I try to download opentvix. The download stop without message of error, I tried several time. it doesn't stop at the same line every one time.

I think on the binary art website there is a link to also download the OpenTvix os as a .gz file which and be extracted and then moved onto the Tvix I think there is instructions there for a manual install there is also a forum there where you might be able to get more help with OpenTvix

Each release of the the firmware provided by DVICO is unpacked and updated by BadEIP. These releases contain minimal additions to the original firmware to intercept the boot process and allow extra functionality to be supplied by the OpenTviX project.
To install OpenTViX, you must first install a BadEIP firmware available from. This firmware is installed in exactly the same way as the official firmware supplied by DVICO.

Somebody know if opentvix project stay
Cause tvix ip:81 download opentvix stable have problem!!
Somebody have the same problem?
