I know the first gen player could jump back 10 minutes or so. It could also rewind or fast forward. I'm talking about the ability to jump to an exact hour, minute, second using the arrow keys on the remote.

Supported or not supported? Thanks.

Too bad. My local Best Buy has it in stock and I was gonna pick one up. It's funny how a little thing like that can poo poo a purchase.

Thanks for confirming it though.

In the customer Feedback list this is accepted however still "under review".
Hopefully soon to be started and completed and a new firmware release would get this small but very helpful functionality.

I'm waiting for that for my WDTV.

If I power down the unit and start it again, will it resume the movie at the same location?

Interesting. Because the Live does not remember when you power it off.

As for the jump to time, WD has said they are looking into adding it to the live.

Its also a killer feature for me - can't believe WD didn't implement this. But I noticed the RC is having a Search-button but with no function to date (or so it seems).
