A new forum is launched now to discuss in which cases MPC intervenes to resolve escallations in warranty. We will discuss what the user tried before escallating the issue to us, what we mailed to the resellers and proposed to resolve the situation. Since in 2009 so far we intervened in over 50 cases (with a good outcome I might add for each), this goes unnoticed by the public.

The intervention is an extra service for our Premium members who purchased their goods from recommended partners at the time of purchase although we also intervene with stores not affiliated to MPC Partnership.

This forum will only report "escallations" where we feel the reseller is not willing to resolve the situation in an acceptable way and timeframe. When resolved eventually, posts are replaced with the solution provided to the end user in a wrap up story.

Shop, order number, real name... dates order / payment / communications all help.
What have you tried, any responses from the reseller should be included so we get a full picture of the problem.

We will then evaluate the case and get back to you or at the reseller.

for this reason alone I only buy from stores recommended by MPC club like divxplayers as I know if I have any issues MPC Club (Hijack) will always try to help you as much as he can.

just waiting for my birthday so I can get a HDI Dune 3.0 from divxplayer :) should have bought it in the buy-in but did not realise how much better the NFS performance was at time.
