M-6600 Icon Browsing

I here that the M-6600 has major problems with its Icon Browsing is this true and if so do we know if there will be a fix soon.

At present I have a M6500 but this over heats when playing very large files, (I have a big fan pointed to the back at the moment) and was looking to upgrade to the m6600. but Icon Browsing is a very big issue for me and this is the only reason why I liked Tvix.

I was thinking about the Popcorn hour c200 and I really like the way you can add your own Gui's. but this takes time and I have alot of movies and stuff and i am already set up for the m6500.

I have read the other threads but Divco dont seem to be doing anything.

What i´ve read is that folder.jpg doesn´t work, but tvix.jpg does.
I think dvico will fix that in the coming firmware.

I know about the tvix.jpg but who wants to upgrade to a substandard unit that does not do what the old one does. Its the new chip set thats the problem they knew about this before selling it so why sell a unit if they knew from the offset that there were problems. They have already posted new firmware and still they can not fix it. could be weeks or months - even a year who knows. Divco could even say they are not fixing it! and so any one with the units are stuck with just lists.

All media centers do lists, so why pay x amount for this one.
Divco should get there act together.....
