Anyone?

I just got my Dune Prime 3.0, I connected with my external HD, but it turned out that I can only play with Blu-ray files, not with any other MKVs, AVIs, which only played a sound not Video (the screen showed only "Video Not Supported")

Now I'm trying to restore the firmware back to the recommended one.

Cheers.

Hi,

Just a thought.

When it shows the "video not supported"....have you tried to select another resolution with the "mode" button at the top of the remote.

I did, I also selected Auto EDID it's still! Got a headache about that!

But the sound was coming out normally. Is that something to do with Region Free?

Thanks guys, It helps!!! Now, everything is working just fine, You're right, enable HD Audio is very sensitive, but anyway it's working.
