I have purchased a Cyclone MKV from Envizage complete with a 1.5Tb drive. So far, everything is great but... I cannot get BBC iPlayer to work. It does not appear in the Internet Services menu (YouTube is there) and if I copy the Repository files downloaded from the BBC it will not play (Fatal Error message).
I should say that I am currently outside the UK, using an SSTP VPN to download which works fine on my laptop. Do I need to run some sort of VPN on my Cyclone MKV to get this service? If so, how do I link to a VPN with this device? If not, can anyone suggest why I cannot play this.
Also, I download the same file in .wmv format and that too comes up with a fatal error message.
