I am tired of HDX.
The February 9, they wrote to me that my HDX BD-1 was not shipped to me on February 5! And that they first could ship it to me February 10! Same day I get an email where they write that it was shipped to me February 8, but that they can not give me a tracking number due to Chinese New Year!????
It is now 12 days since it should have been shipped to me, and I still have not received my HDX BD-1!
I will get my bank to force my money back!
I can not recommend HDX to anyone! HDX seems to be realy unprofessional!

Count yourself lucky if you can get back your money and not have to deal with the headache that is this player.

Unless you live in China, I wouldn't scream for SOS, imho 10 working days (from 8th till 19th) is too little time to get from china to europe (or wherever you are). you should keep in mind the Customs (of your country I mean), which are the main reason for delays. they
can keep it for a looong time ( for estimating and calculating the amount of taxes you have to pay). Plus, Chinese New Year of course not the best time to order, it's like you order here something on 25th December next day delivery.
So, I would chill out for a little bit and wait. Hope everything work out for you.

Dude, you joined the forum on 15th February, and since have 23 posts already and 20 of them are on HDX BD-1 related threads, where you are not getting tired to shit on this player.
Who are you? why you are here and what is your story?

by the way, I am not a HDX BD-1 owner, instead I have a Kaiboer K200
I must give HDX an apology!
It appears that TNT tried to deliver to a wrong address!
I have now talked to TNT, and agreed that they must deliver to the right address tomorrow.
Sorry my distrust to HDX, but I've been a victim of internet fraud several times.

Don't get angry.... you didn't loose anything very special, maybe you are lucky and when you receive your player the 5.0 firmware is out and you do not have to manage the same shit we are doing now.
