iobox won't show video after wrong firmware update

hi,

my son tried updating the iobox with a wrong firmware (the hdx firmware i believe) now whenever i turn on the iobox 100hd there is no video output from hdmi, composite nor compponent)

i tried the firmware receovery steps in here http://www.digitalconnection.com/downloa...covery.pdf but nothing happens i still get no image and no colors.

i unplugegd hdd and still it did not help

Try the recovery steps from here http://www.dragontechcorp.com/firmware/ioBox-100HD_Recovery.pdf since it is still an ioBox 100HD. Make sure you use composite or component to your TV and NOT HDMI.

If it can't recovered, I think you have to return the PCB board for replacement.
