I just came across a posting at www.myav.com.tw (http://www.myav.com.tw) where I read

BD1 changes:

1. the 12V/3A use 12V/5A power
2. with 3X3mm system fan
3. the CPU heatsink 8642 use South Bridge
4. improve the 1.05V/1.8V/3.3V/5V/12V power

Is anyone aware of what this means? the posting can be found at

http://www.myav.com.tw/bbs/showthread.php?threadid=408283&perpage=12&pagenumber=88

I can't find a post #, but date and time is 05-11-2010 09:10 PM, the 5th posting after the one with the screenshots, I used www.microsofttranslator.com (http://www.microsofttranslator.com) to get the english translation.

Translation is confusing.
We need this info to be translated by a chinese to get it right.
Could also be a personal mod, not an official hardware change.

Yes, therefore my question what that might mean, I thought of a personal mod as well. And I posted it on HDX forum as well, just out of curiosity if anyone would get alerted... 8)
