Hi there,
I write you from Italy. I have paied for Tivx (Divco) PVR 3330 because I wanted record my prefer show from MySky (a sat decoder with pay tv). But I have had several problems with this product:
1) Recording that suddenly stop it and conseguently crash of product (then I see in title file a R00 word)
2) Difficult to scan my terrestrial signal
3) Problem with start up of the product with bad clock
4) And so on...
I have writen to support but several times they don't respond me. In my last request they answered me to give back the product for assistance. But my store give me another same model to try.
But the problems are the same...!
So you have any suggestions to me? Eventually can I update firmware from another clone model? If is it so, which model there is around the world that is clone of Tivx PVR 3330 or similar?
