What I mean is I have a usb 4 bay caddy connected to my pc via Esata and a USB connection from the caddy to the Dune simultaneously . I have Dune Explorer 2 displaying the movie art wall on the Dune, which copies all the relevant art onto the caddy hard drives where the movies are contained.
I also have the caddy setup as shared drives via ethernet to another media player in another room which is to be confirmed (Its currently the Xtreamer which doesnt stream full BD well). I would like to run a movie art programme on my future media player thats replacing the xtreamer. Is it possible to do so on this shared drive without interefering with the Movie art already copied to the drive. I suppose what I'm looking for is a media player that supports a movie jukebox where it only saves the movie art to the media player itself and not the shared drive I'm streaming from.
I know I could just go for another Dune BD Prime 3, which would solve the problem, but fancied something a little cheaper, perhaps a Mederer or A200, anyone any ideas? hopefully I've explained myself clearly enough :)
