Icon change not work

Hi

I am new and just got my Dune Prime :) I tried to change my icons today, but as you can see in the picture, it just put the icon on the old icon. What am I doing wrong is it not that easy to change? Thank you.

I believe u need to change the icon and background (and background hover) to the same image then u will not get the overlap.
