Dune H1: USB device not recognized on Windows 7

Dear All,
I have been trying to connected USB slave on Dune HD H1 to my PC that running Windows 7.

My PC can not regconized Dune as USB device, the message appeare on Windows 7 is 'usb device not regconized'.

Please advice to solve this problem.

Note:
- HDD on my Dune is 2TB.
- Dune firmware is the latest udpate.
- I use USB cable extension to connect DUNE to my PC. USB cable lenght: 5 m.

Try with short cable 5m its a lot.
