The BD-1 does not play any movie in the Harry Potter saga

Hello,

I downloaded the seven films in the Harry Potter saga for my children, I've recorded on the internal hard drive of my BD-1, and when BD-1 try to play it, only the first can reproduce it, the other six, when run, the BD-1 is off, although the blue light continue on, but the screen goes black and the only solution is to reboot.

The firmware is 9.2.1.4.26.0.rc5 and BD-1 can see all the films I have tried, except those.

The 7 films are at 1080p mkv format, dual sound in AC3 Spanish and English in DTS.


Why six movies fail? Why not plays the BD-1?

I do not know exactly but i know there is a problem with certain mkv videos. You need to download mkvtoolnix from matroska.org and do a restream without compression. If you google this problem you will find several solutions... There are more mediaplayers who have this problem
