All Romfs files on-line, extracted with romfs.exe will be replaced during the day. It has been reported by Smile from Kiss-tuning.nl that the tool used for extracting delivers incomplete work.
A little explanation from Smile:
A "Symbolic link" is like a shortcut for Linux. In the firmware for the DP-500 version 2.7.4 is a symbolic link in the "kml" directory. It's called "img" and is pointing to "../img". Now the file system will handle the "kml" directory like if there is realy a directory "img" inside it. A symbolic link can point to a file or folder.
Therefore, we are removing the Romfs files and adding the correct ones with support of those "Symbolic Links" for all PAL versions.
NTSC versions will be made available later!
Thanks to Smile for the info and PAL versions of Romfs.
