I would like to burn a video in divx format with 5.1 double AC3 .....
The problem is that on the computer audio is ok but burning it for the KiSS player volume is low.
How to increase volume on AC3 stream before burning?
Thanks for your help

As far as i know the AC3 is actually a digital encoding of the audio and has nothing to do with the level of output that u are getting, obviosuly depending on the source of the encoding. If done from a DVD rip then everything should be fine and U should be looking at the output of ur player or the device that it is connected to.

Im not sure if there is any settings to increase the gain of the encoding process, and I do know that on my DP-500 > 508 the AC3 is also very low, but i never used it onboard encoding to reduce it to steroe instead gave it straight out to the DTS decoder using the optical out.

Guys anyone want to educate me somewhat as well as to a gain or boost setting at time on encoding with a AC3 source?

Yor could use VirtualDub:

Video:Direct stream copy
Audio:Full processing mode adjusting volumen to aprox. 250%

VirtualDub does not support AC3 in full processing only other codecs like mp3,ogg...and so on
I want to keep AC3 audio.
Thanks anyway
