Zensonic in Europe!

Hi all,

First of all i Welcome Chuna (Zensonic) to MPC Forums.
Chuna today released a little more info about the possible availability of
the Zensonic in Europe as of March 2006. Until then, the ones who can't
wait, should find one in Australia and buy it from there.

MPC has already undertaken action with MPC Partners and Resellers to start
arranging contacts for getting the players here as soon as possible. We
expect a storm as soon as the models are available.

Good news comes from the EzLinkNG front as well.
FcLage is working on making EzLinkNG cvompatibvle with the Zensonic which
uses a different approach based on the inhouse developed firmware. We'll
keep you posted on the progress of his development. (He's one of the
lucky b*stards having a Zensonic already).

Any idea if Zensonic is thinking about distributing this product in the US?

Initially they intended to release in US and AU at the same time. How the
plans are looking now i dunno but surely US is still on the list. Concerning
there are some issues, Zensonic might concentrate on AU first for another
while (not officially confirmed).

Would I need a transformer if I bought an Australian model to work in the uk? or is it the same plug/power as UK ?

No, wont need a transformer as the power supply is universal, however you will need a plug converter from Australian to UK or you can use a standard IEC plug commonly found on the back of PC's
