Could be both.

KiSS today confirmed it has started shipping the first units towards
customers and resellers from its manufacturing site in Hungary where
lately, also all repairs are being done. The review sample for MPC is
expected to leave the site during this week after which we can start
working with KiSS latest flagship on MPC.
