Ok, I am suffering bigtime now.
I received the box with no manual, no CD no nothing at all but the hardware.
I had to download the raidar software and download the pdf documents to get all the info.
BUT big problem. I am unable to get into the admin page.
The documentation says admin as user and infrant1 as password . But the Snazio refuses it.
admin/snazio1 also got refused.
I did a destructive factory reset hoping that all the settings get back to default (and endure again 4 hours of raid building)
But no joy.
So WHAT is the )*&%^&^$%)^& admin username and password that is factory programmed?
It is the firmware 5 and yes I plan to upgrade to 9 when I finally get access to that effing NAS.
Any help is much appreciated! (and i use Seagate HDDs :-)
edit: OK got the new password. Bad for Snazio NOT to include the password in the documenttion!
