Hi all Tvix 5000 owners!
Have anyone of you tried viewing JPEGs with the Tvix?

How is the loading time on a rather large, ~1MB 5 Mpixel, JPEG?
How is it over network?
How is picture quality?
Stability?
Slideshow?

Hi Jofa,
Pictures taken with my Canon 300D SLR are about 3.3 megs each. It takes as much time on internal HD as through the network. I haven't measured it yet but it takes about 8 maybe 10 secs for the next pic to show. Picture quality is great. Slideshow is ok, just the usual fade, didn't try anything else yet. I did have some jpegs that would now show, but they're not mine but downloaded ones, not sure what was wrong with them. It wasn't size for sure.
Hope this is of any help to you.

Hi!
I'm interested too in viewing pictures with the Dvico 5000.
I have a projector that accept (appart of component signal) VGA at 1024x768.
I'd like to use the VGA connection of the projector with an adaptor DVI->VGA and connect this way to the DVI connection of the Dvico (it will work?)
Do you know if it is possible to select the 1024x768 resolution and DVI output from the setup menu or with the remote?
How many pixels are your pictures you mention (6 megapixel?) I have a Canon S80 with 8 megapixels and I hope I don't have to wait 15 seconds to see the image!!! 8O
By the way, how it works the zoom? (how many, time)
Thanks for your time,
Jordi
