An external harddisk that is not noicy, anyone know a quiet

I am looking for an external harddisk that works quiet. My buy, a LaCie, which I am going to return, is NOT. Can anyone tell me if Pixmania hardisks is working well, or any else?

Generally 2.5" drives make a lot less noise.
They are a bit slower too, but still fast enough for USB(2).
They are more expensive too :(

You can check the specs of drives at the manufacturers websites.
A difference of 3dB means double or half the noise. (depending on + or - 3dB)
2 people talking is about 60dB
