My DP558 (stage2 rd) doesn't poweron after reboot. I have te press the power button on my remote. Is this normal, or can i do something to fix it?

This is normal.
It would be abnormal if the kiss would power on after reboot, my VCR also go to standby after power, just like my TV
if i put power on my PC i also have to turn it on

don’t understand why you want to "fix" this normal behaviour

Well wenn you reboot it alot jou want to know when it's done. So booting with the main menu would be nice.

But specially for you, a reboot "snapshot" of my DP558:

:D I know what you mean and mine also displayd -- -- --. But during the debugging of the samba share's I did alot of reboots. After a warm reboot there is no display on your TV.

It would me nice to start the menu after a reboot, perhapes in the stage2 init file?
