Tvix 5000u wont boot to menu. Hangs? FIXED!!

Hi guys!

So far I have been very satisfied with my Tvix 5000U. :D
This evening when I tried to turn on my Tvix this happens:
- Yellow lamp starts blinking.
- The fan starts.
- I see the BOOT message only for 2-3 secs.

Afterwards the display is dark and the yellow lamp
is still blinking and the fan is running.

Tried this:
Power switch off/on.
Power out/in.
Pressed stop/menu to reset.
PC and Router power off/reboot.

None of this helps.
The HDD is a 90 days old WD 250 GB IDE.

This might be the reason for failure:
When I first inserted the HDD it was very tight.
So tight I couldn't get the HDD out then.
Shall try to gently squeese it out now.

Any tips :?: Are your HDD easy to get out :?:

An update:
I got the HDD out. It's very warm.
Btw it's a Seagate.
A sticker on the drive says(I think) that 59 degrees Celcius
is max temp.
I've running the Tvix with lowest fan speed.
BTW; Is it normal that Tvix takes 10-20 mins before it shuts off?
After I shut down the Tvix last night the fan
was still runing this evening; when I got home.

UPDATE:
Have taken the HDD out and tried to boot again.
No Luck. Have connected Tvix to my PC with USB with HDD inserted
again.USB ON comes on.HDD is visible in Windows.
So the HDD is ok at least.
Anybody else had problems with the display or video out ?

FIXED 30/10.
I got this this tip form Eric at DVIX support:

FW 1.9.5 reinstalled ok.
It even retained my component and digital out settings.
Works fine for now. Shall monitor the next days.

Cause of corrupt firmware? Bad power in my flat or something else ?
I try some better power plugs or what call it.
Shall also monitor fan speed behaviour, have changed from lowest speed to normal now.

Are there post here where have people have
had power problems and did solve them ?
