MViX MX-760 vs IAMM NTD36HD vs TVIX M5000A (TVIX HD)

Can't decide between them. I do want to go for the m5000A but I'm not keen on the asthetics of the box. I like the MX-760 but heard of bad build quality. Can anyone suggest which is probably the best one to go for?

Wait for 7 dayas and buy the M-4000 which is the same as M-5000 with the
design of the M-3100 model... if you like that one better... :-)

Hi-Jack any idea when you'll be scheduling a review on the MX-760, if at all?

We would have gotten a unit from RHISC but he no longer will import them.
We tried contacting the manufacturar but they don't reply so probably that
means "never" unless Ronald from RHISC changes his mind and gets one
for us anyway...

Anyone else sending us a unit would be fine too :-)

And if you are communicating with Christopher, you could try to get them to become an MPC partner and offer a rebate / discount. :twisted: That should shift some business their way as the only other UK MPC partner is www.snazzishop.co.uk. People are lazy enough to not consider brands / retailers because there is no direct link from the site or if the site is not affiliated in some way. I personally keep nearly buying from RHISC because it sells DViCO and is affiliated with MPC. If I had known a friend was returning from Holland this week I would have bought from them and shipped to my mate who could have brought it over himself. Customs can be a pain.

Anyway, there is no harm in asking as they say: Shy kids get no sweets

We ship many times to UK - Scotland or Ireland.
We are perhaps changing in 2007 to UPS... no customs problems at this time..

Customs should indeed not be an isue for the UK...
We mailed them and will see what they say. If they get in touch with me,
we'll sure make him MPC partner if he agrees with the level of service we
require for this.

MPC Partnership is free, all we expect is a rebate (if possible, not
mandatory) but excellent service... It can go wrong some times, just not
too many times :-)

Looks like the contact (Christopher) came good from KJGlobal (I did pass on your details to them), don't you just love the internet. Anyways looking to the reviews considering I went down to KJGlobal yesterday and picked up the IAMM NTD36D why?

- it's has NDAS support and the TViX 5000 and MX-760 didn't
- the remote for the mx-760 looked, well cheap, the unit looked pretty well built but I'm not an expert

Anyways looking forward to the reviews.

Hi,

The TViX has SMB support and that still beats NDAS for me as it doesn't
require any additional drivers and manipulations. The IAMM is deffinately
slightly better on Video handling then TViX, but is still not mature enough
to push TVIX from it's throne...
