Importing the iPad from the US, it seemed such a great idea. The QNAP is a great concept combining both NAS and media player functions into a single device and it succeeded in keeping things easy and functional overall and never gave me the idea it fails "in any way" to show balls. Both ends of the product are done quite well as a NAS and as a media player until you start transfering files. If you are familiar with QNAP NAS, you will recognize the old interface as the QNAP NMP-1000 did not get the new and more appealing AJAX interface.
