I can not find any movie-info about The Island(2005).I'm trying already for several days now , please help me!!!

Salut,

just enter tt0399201 in the edit box for the manual search and press the search button. This should work.

When i do PROCESS Yadis can not find any movie , it says : Island (The): video file not found ! If it doesn't find a movie i can not open the editbox. That's the problem.

Salut,

sorry, thought the scraper could not find the movie, so my answer was useless.
For me this sounds like a problem with access rights to the movie-file (yaDIS fails to access the file when collecting the information with MediaInfo).

Here just some remarks to try to identify the problem.
At which moment you get this message?
Do you have the movie in the list marked with a ! when you refresh the list?
Does this happen, if you process this movie only?
Have you tried to copy the file to another location?

Exactly , the scraper can't find any info.
There are no strange marks/dots or something like that in the name, just The Island.
Maybe(if you want) try it by yourself , just rename a movie and see what happens.

I really tried so many things this last 2 days and nothing works. It only happens with this movie. The movie is with all my other movie in the same map. Oke...Fubar 2 is not working too but this is maybe because the movie is to young so to speak.

Hello Fred,

I have a question:

When i have seen a episode from a serie how do i remove it the easiest way so it is not visible anymore ????

With a movie it is easy, just remove the movie from the folder and then in yaDIS right-click on the orange name of the movie and DELETE !

@martinus2,

I also have this movie and as yaDIS removes the 'The', it is normal it cannot find it (I already made a request to change this).
But once the movie has been processed '(!) rose', I use the "Change" button to search manually with the IMDB ID.
You said that this is not working for you (and that is why I thought about access rights).

Hey Flugs ,

I renamed the movie into 'Island' and still it's not working. After processing it is still not 'rose' (pink) so i can't modify it.
I know what you want to tell me because i modified some other movies after the processing when it turned into pink. I copied then all kind of info from imdb and moviemeter. Trough google i found pictures.

Maybe i should rest my case and give up?

I just copied the 'tt039920' you gave me and paste this manually in some other movie , guess what? It gave me two names of The Island. I have to dig deeper now i know this.

I just got an 'eureka' moment after my last post! Because it found two names when i tried it manually with a other movie i concluded that there must be something else wrong.
I have stored all my movies in a 'movie'map. All this movies are seperatly stored in maps with the the same name as the movie is. For example : 'Titanic.mkv' is in a map with the name 'Titanic' . In case of the Island movie i stored the movie in a map 'The Island' but in this map was another map(where the movie was stored) with a different name and that was the reason Yadis couldn't find the right info!!!

Flug i really want to thank you for your help and say that without your help i would not have found this so fast or.....maybe not at all
