Dear All,
I bought Kaiboer K200 at a local vendor which is at http://www.haloshop.vn , at that time they was flash the k200 with popcorn A 100 firmware for Downmix the DTS and reading sub with UTF 8 .
I found that the lastest firmware of Kaiboer was support those things already. i did try to flash back K200 with recovery file as the instruction but i was fail
"Method:
1. Unzip both up5fw2TP.bin and boot-image.bin onto the ROOT of a USB thumbdrive and plug into K100/K200.
2. Connect by Component or Composite cable to your TV.
3. Power up the unit.
4. Wait for 3-5 minutes, then the Component or Composite video will display following colours depending on its recovery status:
RED - Required binaries on USB thumbdrive detected, starts recovery
WHITE DOTs - reprogramming
WHITE - Recovery success

(if YELLOW - means Recovery failed )

I tried as the instruction a couple of times but it showed yellow screen only after quick shot of red color at my Tivi LCD.
Please advice

I'm sorry, I can`t help you with this issue. There is an spanish forum where many people have changed th FW, but you would need a good translator, or speak spanish, of course. Here the link:

Regarding the firmware version, I have installed the lastest you can download from www.kaiboerhd.com (50-17-090204-15-KBR-406-000), and it doesn't do DTS downmix. What is the firmware version you have?

Hi Jan,
I heard from the vendor, wow if you have that stuff with the latest firmware of Kaiboer. I am better go with PCH.
