Re: Windows 7
I have a LAN with 3 main PC's.
Two of these where updated to Windows 7 OS.
The third one is still under Windows XP-SP3.
On this LAN is also connected a 'HDMC' (rtd1261-chip: Hard disk media center).
I am able to stream and read some 'NTFS-formatted' like JPG and some AVI files from any PC to this HDMC device using its HDMI output.
I can also copy files to this HDMC via its control center. This was only possible after enabling the GUEST account and disabling Passwords need on Windows 7 systems.
I did some changes on the registry and changes found on previous posts.
Also theses 2 services where turned on:
IPBusEnum: (Enumérateur de bus IP PnP-X)
PolicyAgent: (Agent de stratégie IPsec)
Anyway I cannot see this 'HDMC' on my network: although it should work has 'NAS'.
I tried to map it has a network drive with FTP: no success.
Or access its Ip-address via FileZilla no success either.
I can 'ping' this 'HDMC' normally however (firewall is always off)
Any other Things to try ?
(Dune Prime same network on other post)
