Hi - After watching a couple of movies yesterday, the device hang and blank screen(looks like its in standy mode) it doesnt respond to remote but still has a power. Any help would be appreciated.

Also - Any knows the process for RMA if needed?

Note: The device is now 1 year and 3 monts. Bought Jan 9 last year.

Thank Sunblock - do you know how muck to ship the unit from SG to china and to which service? UPS/Singpost?

Speedpost by SingPost costs around S$36 for the motherboard and normally, you get it back within a week from Elektron.

No experience with UPS but would believe the service is idential to Speedpost.
