Just flashed the soft dts downmix firmware to my old A100 and everything seems to be working great, except subtitles: they display ok but when I try to switch them using the remote I get a "not allowed" symbol, just the same as other users had stated before

So, are we safe to apply this DTS Downmix firmware on the A100 if it has the very latest official firmware already loaded?

I "upgraded" to DTS Downmix FW, here is working all great so far!
dts, hdmi, subtitles, just all. The only different thing is boot & buffer logo.

Great!
ps. I "upgraded" from the last offician fw for A100.

I see you successful to install the DTS downmix on the latest version of firmware Popcorn a-100.

For my part, whatever the firmware version, nothing works.I tested the procedure "Guide_to_flash_Popcornhour a-100_firmware_to_other_NMT_players" but it doesn't work. Can you tell me how you proceed? Many thanks.

Hi, cc310, I just downloaded Popcorn_Hour_A-100_Soft_DTS_Downmix_Upgrade_Rev_1.0.rar, extract it on the root of usbkey.. (just like official fw, than run zhans.html and update it).

I have Syabas PCH-A-100 player, so Guide_to_flash_to_other... is not my case.

but it s missing mkv prepend compression for h264 tracks
