Question eGreat R6B trouble: Won't see USB drives
Anyone know anything about the R6B from eGreat? I just got it and it will not see my external drives. I have about half a dozen and tried them all, but it doesn't see jack. Very odd. Quite frustrating.

Firmware is 1.0.1.17

The manual is a joke so no help there. I'm really stumped and could use some help.

Did you format your drive NTFS or FAT32

I've conquered that problem, but the current problem I have is that I cannot connect my egreat to anything other than my TV. If I connect it to a receiver I get a pink tint to everything so I am forced to connect directly to my TV via HDMI and use the eGreat's optical sound out. Not a deal breaker, but annoying since it confuses my wife.

when HDMI cable connect R6B and TV, is there only video and no audio output?
