Files stutters throug zappiti, not with NAS brwoser
Hello,
I´ve the following problem: when I play files through zappiti (iso's, vob's, mkv etc) I get stuttering after a few seconds and sounds that drops. Loading of a movie takes ages. When I play the same file by the NAS browser I've no problems at all. I've tried in the configuration of zappiti smb and nfs but that isn't a solution either. I've read similar problems in the forum but that was with usb. All my movies are on NAS's. The dune is a prime 3.0 with the latest firmware. Sometimes after a cold reset the problem is temporarily solved but only for a little while. I guess it has something to with zappiti because via the nas browser there is no problem at all. But I can't figure out what it is.

Apart from the fact that the dune has a problem accessing more than one ip address at a time you may be uing an absolute path on your nas,you dont need one as you are using only one attachment,o export your zap folder to your nas and access from there, you can make a shortcut of the zap folder on your main screen of the gui.

Re: Files stutters throug zappiti, not with NAS brwoser
Peterbus,
Thanks for the reply. The zappiti db is on a nas. I've now changed the adress of the nas with the movies (zappiti db is on another nas) from an ip number to a name. This seems to work for the moment (the other times I've changed from smb to nfs and v.v. and sometimes that worked also but after a while the stuttering problem came back), so fingers crossed.
