I tried to register Zappiti but got rejection e-mail to contact support. I went to the HD Land forums and tried to log in. It told me that my account is inactive. When I tried to re-register it denied because e-mail already exists.

I am in the ends. How do you suppose to register? I have my receipt from DunePlayer.com and I did try to attach scanned .pdf through Zappiti but the field was showing location on my desktop.

Can anybody give me any tips on what to do? Thanks.

I sent a copy of the sales receipt from where I purchased my Dune HD Duo here in the USA to the email you mentioned and finally heard back from them. They basically told me to use the Dune export and attach the invoice/etc through there.

Now I've emailed them back asking why since I attached the sales receipt to the email! What difference does it make if I email it or do it through Zappiti??

They told me the same in the reply e-mail. I then re-registered through Zappiti again and the next day it was authorized. Give it a try.

hey guys, I live in the US and am trying zappiti. i seem to like it so far but i got a dune hd player for xmas two years ago and i dont have a reciept to get my invoice number. any ideas on how to register it so i can export my zappiti list to my dune player? thanks for your help
