I sent a copy of the sales receipt from where I purchased my Dune HD Duo here in the USA to the email you mentioned and finally heard back from them. They basically told me to use the Dune export and attach the invoice/etc through there.
Now I've emailed them back asking why since I attached the sales receipt to the email! What difference does it make if I email it or do it through Zappiti??
