Hi guys,

I upgraded to the newest version of Zappiti and bought the iPad App as well a few days ago - I live in Canada and provided them with a copy of my invoice for my Canadian purchased Dune. How long does it typically take to register? I ask because my export period will expire in a few days and I'd like to sort it out before then.

Am I supposed to receive an email?

I wrote them last week, still no reply.. i have two dune boxes but no receipts, i live in Vietnam receipts are handwritten and in vietnamese so dont see the use of sending them one anyway...

I think Zappiti is dead.

Don't forget to retry the export - if you have applied for registration via Zappiti app, then you don't receive an email, it just "happens" - or that is how it has always worked for me.

I mailed Zappiti with a scan of the invoice.
Zappiti replied I should register with the software.

When exporting you can register an unregistered version. In the registration-dialogue you also get an upload-facility to enclose a copy of your invoice. (My version was 2.5.6.0)
Three days later I received an e-mail that my registration was validated.

you can send a home invoice.its just to prove you bought outside france (dont know why)
