Ok then, it´s original, good. Have you tried to change DVD engine? Somewhere in setup up you can change between engine 1 and 2. Engine 2 should in most cases do the job better.

You might've unwittingly purchased bootlegs! DVD rips converted to DVD5 with extras removed, and either burned to DVD-R or actually pressed (bootleg DVD factory).

Test them in another player ASAP.

On topic: compare results with a different brand media player (or just use your computer) and let us know what happens there.

In Russia its normal -its nothing new.

Belgium is not really anywhere near the size of Russia, so anything that can be made into a news story will be made into a news story. Piracy on such a large scale would probably make it to more than a couple of front pages.

So I finally got the time to check in a different DVD-player.
No problems there. Extra features played like they should.
Then I put the disc back in the Dune to double check. No special features.
Now I have to check the other DVD engine. I hope that helps.
