Pioneer N50 K/S Audio media player
Dear All,
Pioneer recently lunched to market a new audio media player - Pioneer N50 K/S. Is there any one who tested the equipmnet?
I would like to buy one, but first interested in some users opinion regarding how it's working.
Thank you,
Flavius

Re: Pioneer N50 K/S Audio media player
Flavius this is an Audio-Only player (it doesn't have any video output). Reviews say its good, but i think its more directed do the Apple People (IPads, Iphones, "Iwhatever") The digital-To-Analogue section seems good, but the "DNLA only" protocol for audio streaming, is not my favorite choice, namely in the case you have your audio files in an NAS.
The Reviews say that it sound good, and in terms of specifications and audio components it seems quite good.. but IMHO the implementation sucks, unless your and Apple fan, witch is not my case.
My advice? go to a pioneer retailer, and listen for yourself.
Have Fun
S.

Re: Pioneer N50 K/S Audio media player
Yes, I know that the Pioneer is only an Audio Media Player. But unfortunately, in my town, we don't have a Pioneer retailer, to be able to test it. So, any opinion regarding the equipment, will be very welcomed.
regards,
Flavius

You also realize that this unit does not do hi-res and does not handle more than 2 channels, right? No, DSD, No MLP?

Re: Pioneer N50 K/S Audio media player
As fare as I understand, is a pure audiophile media player. Something what replace a CD Player. Right?
