Hi all,

I have downloaded all of Louis Therouxs documentaries and loaded them in to Yadis.
The first one, called Law and Disorder wouldnt scrape at all, so I searched TMDB and sure enough nothing there, so I created it.
After it said it had indexed it ok, Yadis still won't find it.

Here's the strange thing: When I search on Louis Theroux, on the TMDB, quite a few of his stuff comes up but change the title of one of them in Yadis to Louis Theroux, it will only bring back one result which is a 2003 compilation type thing.

Why won't yadis bring back the results that you get when you actually search TMDB?????

TMDB uses a cdn with an 8 hour cache. Meaning it could take 8 hours for new or changes to appear.

OK that answers the one I have added but what about the fact that a load come back when you search TMDB but only 1 comes back when you search in Yadis????

because the site isn't cached, it's the api where millions of requests from all different software happens.

Ok, understood but what exactly does that mean for my situation?
Does it mean I will always have this issue work all my Louis Theroux stuff then?

Usually, by the next day it'll work and the data will come over.
