Hi,
I get a new eva8000 and tried to play some movies. I saw the movie but heard nothing!

Before I test this I copied all files from my dvd to a shared dir.

Have everybody a solution or the same problem? I got the info that my dvd movies have got the video codec mpeg-2 and audio codec mpeg-1/2 channels.

Well I think there are some issues with DVD playback and such in the original firmware, try the beta, go to netgears homepage and register.
