As you can see few post above there is alittle XML file example of how the stations are stored inside the player in a file. This means that if you follow the whole process from the beginning i.e. save file to Usb->Edit=Add your stations->Copy to player, then you can add ANY urls to it. Therefore if your stations are from abradio and you can get the exact URL of the streams from the site - you will succeed.

For example, I've selected "blues" in your specific radio.
A tool start then under my browser, I am able to find the link:
http://www.abradio.cz/asx/blues64.asx

I made a try under winamp and open the previous URL. It is working.
Asking for properties under winamp, I can find the stream:
mms://82.208.28.37/blues64
