Had windows problems didnt know what the problem was. noticed alot of norton submissions tho and windows error reporting activity I reinstalled windows all was fine till a installed yadis with nothing else installed apart from norton and i noticed submisions about yadis and something loading before windows then windows stopped working a few reboots later would recommend people listen to there internet security.
Some sort of boot sector virus embeded in it at a guess
I might be wrong tho im no computer wiz
All i know is that when i installed it the first time it was trusted in the insight scan the second time it said there were indications that i was untrustworthy with a !

Most definitely a false alarm. Norton might flag yadis because it contains code that gathers data from your storage devices without your explicit consent, but it doesn't use that data for anything other than building a Dune index file.

If you do actually have a boot virus, it doesn't belong to yadis.
