If not - maybe its some way to download this from a other working device...?
My friend has a exactly the same - working dune 101 with 120614_2048

As far as I know, the last release was 120608_1420_beta (120608_1421_beta for HDTV models). Are you sure about the version?

You can't do that, but what is it exactly that you lost? Unless it was a plugin, there should be a way to restore everything manually.
