Default how to make .iso work on CS505

Hi, I'm new in this game - and trying to bring my CS505 to replay iso files.

I'm using
ReadyNas NV+
Ziova CS505
TwonkyMedia streaming media to UPnP

the iso file was created with DVD decrypter. After file insert on the Nas, it was not possible to see and select the file on the CS505. Rescan was performed on the Nas.

Can anyone help with that iso issue ?

That would be because TwonkyVision does not support ISO files and it
only sends file it supports to the player. Hence why we value SMB/NFS so
much because it lifts the limitations of files not being shown and allows
subtitle streaming from NAS to Ziova etc...

- Use SMB solution to stream video from the NAs to Ziova.
- Use Twonky for music purposes only

Enjoy

Thanks, can you recommend me a NFS/SMB solution? – I have uninstalled the twonky software no, I’m using Slim Devices for music streaming.

your readynas nv+ supports samba
so just enable a share on your nas and put dvd's iso in it
and you should be able to connect to your files directly from
your cs505 (mention the correct workgroup setting on your cs505)
