Anyone knows which playlists (if at all) the Ellion supports? I tried m3u and pls and it found neither. This is especially annoying since the Player does not even play all music files in one folder. There seems to be no obvious system. Sometimes it plays 6-8 files in a row and then stops. Sometimes it stops after 1 file. I only found out that the chances that it`ll play a couple of mp3s in a row are better then playing a couple of wavs in a row.

I use the latest beta firmware. Anyone got any ideas concerning this?

Obviously if you can play few files in a row you already know how to do it. That the unit has problems with keeping the playback going is FW related.

We already stated a few times the whole FW thing surrounding the Ellion is
bad, not too mention the confusion and the updates provided. Never the
less, this comes with cheap systems so saving money often means saving
on convenience levels as well...

Contact Ellion support with these complaints...
Can only help them to find a better future...

after some tries it seems that using "repeat all" will play all the folder files
it's kind of workaround....

I just bought the player and discovered that during mp3 playback it stops after 3 or 6 songs in the album.
I don"t know why number of files played seems dependent on the album, for some albums is just 3,for other is 6 or 8, but very annoying...

"Dear Customer,

We also tested this problem and found the bug.
If the MP3 file size is over 5min, HMR can"t play. So our R&D team try to fix this problem. But I can"t forecaste when the new F/W will be released.
I"ll let you know when the F/W ready or will rink the notice on the homepage.
