One problem that I encounter a lot while rencoding movies, is sync problem between sound and video.
I found a solution suggested by Lord Kiron in one of the forums:

Well the problem may be complex , in most cases streatching the audio to the time lengh of video in Adobe Audition - helps.

So I installed the Adobe Audition, and to my surprise, it is exactly the same software as my Cool Edit Pro, I already have installed in my computer.

Now in both programs the stretching is under Effects - Time/Pitch - Stretch.....

But from there it is complicated, there is no "time" to choose.

To Lord Kiron, or anyone else that is familiar with this technique, please advise.
