I haven't found such information. I just assume that if there's a local DVICO representative (www.hdmedia.lt, www.bms.lt), and there're some amount of faulty players in lithuanian market, this means that collect center also should be local or at least not very far.

Anyway now dvico started registration of faulty units. I suppose they will check how many faulty units are in each country and depending on the results they'll establish geographycally reasonable collect centers.

Btw:

We will inform you by email, the address of the collect center in your country, after we receive a confirmation of arrival of goods from our collect center to the respective country collect centres.

I think that statement above clearly says that there will be a local collect center in each country where at least one unit is sold

Has oneone actually been contacted by DViCO about the swap arrangement and schedule? I did my registration the day the swap campaign was announced and so far I have heard nothing (no emails) about it from DViCO

I've filled out the RMA form last friday, and now it's waiting till the replacement has arriced in the regional collect centre. The you receive an email.

I registered on Sat 10th, got the reply by Tue 13th, shipped the unit the next day as per instructions. It has been held up by customs in Korea but it is on the move again now.

Nearest gathering point? Korea!

Got an e-mail today to say that some V2 units are having problems with customs when shipping to the customer. Dvico are in talks with FedEx to get this sorted as we shouldn't have to pay import tax on a replacement unit.
